Ballet 2015/16

Cambria was always dancing, no matter where we were. And her love for dance only seemed to be deepening, so we decided to take the next step up in dance.

The next step up for dance was quite a step! Cambria was at the main studio 6-7 hours a week doing three hours of ballet, jazz and acro, with a new class of hip hop added half way through the year. I used to think that dance was kind of a waste of time, and why would anyone pay that much for something they probably wouldn't use as an adult. But when I saw the joy on my daughter's face, the encouragement and friendship she received from her classmates who turned into deep friends in combination with the great exercise and confidence she gained from dancing, my opinions changed. She just loves it! I've been so thankful for this company and these teachers.

Acro was her favorite class, though she loved all of them!

Miss Nicole was such an amazing teacher! Just precious.

Carpooling!

Getting ready for the Spring Performance!

Maia and Cambria were besties at our homeschool co-op and at ballet! Harley was too. We carpooled several times a week and I don't think I could have done it without Harley's sweet mom Daphne...

A week before we moved to the mainland our ballet friends had a going away party for Cambria. It was such a special time and we are going to miss them so much. There will be a huge hole in our hearts that they filled this year.
