Oaks Park

On Friday we went to the home school day (a lot of families with many children and an almost equally large amount of denim dresses) at Oaks Park. It was our first official field trip of the year and it was made even more fun with our friends/neighbors joining us! I bought tickets for all 3 older kiddos, but Cambria didn't set foot on even one ride. I'm glad it wasn't just one, because then we would have wasted $10. They gave us our money back thankfully.

Mason enjoyed the rides enough for everyone! First he went on things that Kaiah wanted to do (the tamer rides).

Then, he tried everything else once Gabe got there :) I physically got nauseous watching him do some of the spinning rides. He didn't even stop to eat lunch... and I'm glad he didn't or else I think he would have thrown up.


I thought Mason was adventurous until I snapped these pics of Aly thoroughly enjoying herself!

That girl likes roller coasters :)

A good time was had by all... except maybe these two.


They were really great sports and just stood/sat by me for 3 hours without complaining. I think it would be best to leave them with a sitter next time... Until they get more adventurous maybe :)
