We went trick-or-treating with our neighbors this year. Most of our neighbors in the condo are military, so they got us on base. But here's a shot with everyone before we went. Cambria, Elida, Locke, Me, Brody, Kaiah, Felicia, Miguel, and Mason.
Of course the first stop was at some of our other fun neighbors house! (Not sure what they are dressed as :).
It was really interesting trick-or-treating on base because all of the cookie cutter military housing apartments, the fact that almost everyone was really young with really young children, and the fact that there were armed guards in army fatigues patrolling the streets with their guns. It was also interesting to hear all the different accents of people serving our country that are stationed in Hawaii. Also, because it was so warm out, almost no one was in their homes. They almost all just sat outside their garages in beach chairs and the kids would just walk up to them and say "trick or treat!" I think we maybe only knocked on a couple of doors!
Lochlan loved this house!!
The kids immediately commenced the Great Candy Trade!
