Memorial Day Fun

We are so thankful for those who have sacrificed their lives (and are sacrificing still) for all of us to live in safety and freedom. We had a relaxing day with family and friends who are like family today. We went to a nearby park that we hadn't seen before. The weather was perfect (like 76 degrees). I had my camera in hand and got some great shots! So I think this will be a photo journal today! Here are the kids before we left...




We enjoyed nice BBQ on a grill there overlooking the river, the kids rode bikes and played football and frizbee, fed the geese, and then we went of a fun hike to a little waterfall which we saw a mother duck and 4 babies jump off of.















Then when we got back home the kids ran in the sprinkler. Kaiah was especially loving it (which I'm glad about since she wasn't feeling very photogenic earlier...) Here are a few fun shots:
