This year we ran in the Starlight Parade Fun Run (Me, Cliff and Mason). It was the longest distance I had run (3 miles) since I broke my ankle and I was pretty nervous about it, but it turns out mason got a chest cold a few days before the run and was at very diminished lung capacity. We gave him an out, but he decided to go for it anyway. We ran with most of his close buddies: Colson, Cavan, Tjaden, Jerett, and Nolan.
We ended up walking more than half of it because he couldn't breathe... poor buddy. He was so disappointed! But he was glad to be done :)
The parade afterwards was really fun! Cambria and Brielle really got into the music :)
And Locke-buddy loved all the lights and costumes!
Locke enjoyed the dancing too :)
The video is from Kara and I don't know how to get it upright... but it's still cute!

Clearly only half of the group noticed I was taking a picture :) Thanks for including us this year guys (and for watching the kids while we ran!) We had a lot of fun :)
